Pork Chinese-Style (Asadong Baboy) recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds pork loin
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic

Marinade:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparations:
1. Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot.
2. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.

Wow, the cooking way of this dish is great and easy to cook, I’ll try it later and I hope it tastes delicious. Just one suggestion: If you add some cooking pictures it will be easier to follow!

hello ask ko lang what if i don’t have white wine? what can i use as alternative… thnx
