Ingredients:
2 pounds pork loin
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
Marinade:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparations:
1. Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot.
2. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
