Hi Toni,
No wonder this is your favorite food blog, it’s yours!!! Haha!
Thanks for dropping by my site to promote your blog. Now I have more sites to check out to learn how to cook Filipino dishes. Are you based in the Philippines?
I like learning the procedures for cooking certain dishes but I do have to tweak to make use of what’s available here in the US. Sometimes I cannot cook a dish at all because I don’t have easy access to the ingredients. Take laing, for example. I use lots of spinach to cook this instead of dessicated/dehydrated taro/gabi leaves.
Looking forward to more recipes from you!

Hi Manang,

It’s nice to meet you especially when we have something in common - the love of Filipino food and cooking. I also love to cook Filipino dishes. I’m based in the Philippines. I often end up cooking the same recipes I post here and on http://www.filipinodesserts.net. There’s something in Filipino food that makes me crave for more.
I understand how difficult it is to get ingredients for Filipino dishes abroad. There’s a possible estore in the works. It might be linked here so you can check it out once it’s done.
Thanks so much for dorpping by. Do visit http://www.filipinofoods.com for more recipes! :)
